Spencer joined the Prime Care Technologies team in 2019 and in 2022 he assumed leadership of the primeFORCE affiliate company. He has over 20 years experience of sales leadership and business development experience in healthcare, primarily focused on the delivery of value-based products/services, including training and staffing technology.
Joe joined in 2013, providing leadership, sales innovation and strategic business development to the newly formed company. He has 55 years experience helping customers reduce benefits costs, recruit/retain a strong workforce, and ensure company/employee compliance with federal and state requirements.
Jim founded Prime Care Technologies in 2003. He has 30+ years of experience as an IT leader in the healthcare industry.
Carl joined Prime Care Technologies in 2017 as the COO. He has served the senior care industry for nearly 30 years in various roles, including technology, operations, business development, customer success, and reimbursement. His robust experience positions Carl to fully appreciate the needs of senior care operators.
