We began in 2014 as BlueFin HR, delivering powerful, easy-to-use benefits technology that simplified enrollment, administration, and employee engagement—backed by the trusted infrastructure of Prime Care Technologies. By 2022, our continued innovation led to the launch of primeFORCE, expanding our reach to include a full suite of UKG technical solutions that help organizations streamline operations and elevate the employee experience.

Our journey began over 15 years ago through a powerful partnership between Prime Care Technologies and Kronos, focused on delivering innovative workforce software solutions. That foundation continues to thrive today under our new identities—primeFORCE and UKG—as we expand and evolve to meet the modern needs of employers.

Prime Care Technologies, our technology partner and shared headquarters in Atlanta, drives the IT backbone behind our solutions. With 125+ employees, 200+ healthcare and IT partnerships, and technology supporting over 7,500 facilities nationwide, Prime Care’s expertise fuels the innovation and reliability that define primeFORCE today.

Managing Director 

Spencer joined the Prime Care Technologies team in 2019 and in 2022 he assumed leadership of the primeFORCE affiliate company. He has over 20 years experience of sales leadership and business development experience in healthcare, primarily focused on the delivery of value-based products/services, including training and staffing technology. 

Joseph Stone

Executive Vice President

Joe joined in 2013, providing leadership, sales innovation and strategic business development to the newly formed company. He has 55 years experience helping customers reduce benefits costs, recruit/retain a strong workforce, and ensure company/employee compliance with federal and state requirements.

Jim founded Prime Care Technologies in 2003. He has 30+ years of experience as an IT leader in the healthcare industry.

Carl Mickiewicz

Chief Executive Officer

Carl joined Prime Care Technologies in 2017 as the COO. He has served the senior care industry for nearly 30 years in various roles, including technology, operations, business development, customer success, and reimbursement. His robust experience positions Carl to fully appreciate the needs of senior care operators.
